Frank Chi
Frank Chi is a Chinese-Australian oil painting artist. Born in 1954 in Heilongjiang Province, China, he developed a passion for painting since young age and received formal training in oil painting at the Art Department of Qiqihar Education College.
He is a successor disciple of Mr. Guanzhong Wu, a famous contemporary Chinese painter widely recognized as a founder of modern Chinese painting.
